About World Kindness Day
Introduced in 1998, World Kindness Day is an international observance on November 13th. It highlights good deeds in communities focusing on the positive power and the common thread of kindness which binds us. Kindness is a fundamental part of the human condition which bridges the divides of race religion, politics, gender and zip codes.

Celebrations are diverse from country to country and include concerts, the Big Hug, flash mobs, kindness recognition, and broadcasts in Times Square to name a few.
