How Can You Get Moving?
This comprehensive 10-week program is designed for people who are struggling with depression or anxiety, those struggling with taking off weight and keeping it off, and those who just feel stuck. It is open to people at nearly any level of physical ability.
The holistic exercise program combines fitness activities such as cardiovascular work with energy work. The two techniques blend and magnify each other to help you move through your dark and difficult places and get you to the other side, to experience fulfillment and joy.
Increase Cardiovascular Work = Decrease Anxiety
- Decrease blood pressure to a healthy level >
- Decrease your resting heart rate
- Increase seratonin thereby decreasing depression and anxiety
As we move and exercise, we decrease the stresses we hold in our bodies and minds. This helps us better handle perceived obstacles – such as work, relationships, the responsibilities of children and family. When our cardiovascular system is challenged, our mind allows us to have wonderful “aha” moments—moments that might otherwise only come from a long meditation.
How Moving Energy Leads to More Peace
Energy work includes personal study – identifying current fears and negative patterns that unconsciously run your life. By reducing these obstacles, your choices emerge. More choice reduces anxiety and generates peace. We often experience tension when fear of the unknown or lack of choice grips our soul. A peaceful spirit can love itself.
When at peace:
- You make a mistake, you clean it up
- You live through your heart – using integrity, honor, and kindness
- You love yourself and have the strength to love all you meet
Milestones covered during this initial 10 week process:
- Start cardiovascular program
- Work on goal setting
- Discuss the importance of sleep
- Discuss basic nutrition rules
- Learn about the importance of hydration
- Look for stuck places in mental and emotional aspects of life
- Discuss the importance of curiosity versus judgment
- Set a positive intention at each session that you want to manifest
- Look for beliefs that create self-sabotage (negative intention)
- Look at current behavorial patterns that create self-sabotage
- Create awareness in order to create choices
Sessions are in-person and must be conducted once a week.
The fee is $680 for the initial package of 10 sessions.
